Scenario #1

You are looking at the Sunday KC Star and see an ad showing models for new homes that strike your fancy. You decide to take a look at the models. Once there you are met by a nice realtor who has you sign in and then takes you through the models. One of the models seems just right for you and your family. Shortly thereafter you have selected a lot to build on and signed a contract with that person for the purchase of a new home. Congratulations!…. OR MAYBE NOT???

Scenario #2

You have decided that you are going to move from your present older home & want to purchase a brand new home. You already know the development in which you want to live. So one Saturday you drive through the development to see if any 'spec' homes are available to walk through. Luckily, you find that there are a few in various stages of completion. One home turns out to be your "dream home" and in your price range. You call the builder and buy that house. Congratulations!….OR MAYBE NOT???
